Payment schedule for lot payment would be shared once permitting process is started. Hold fee is non refundable and would be credited towards final lot payment.
First Right of Refusal Clause
In the event that the owner of the 1-acre residential lot located at [Property Address] intends to sell or transfer the property, the current owner, [Owner’s Name], shall have the first right of refusal to repurchase the property under the same terms and conditions as any bona fide third-party offer.
The owner selling the property (the “Seller”) must provide written notice of the offer, including all material terms, to [Owner’s Name] (the “Holder”). The Holder shall have [X] days from receipt of such notice to exercise their right to repurchase by matching the offer in writing.
If the Holder declines or fails to respond within the stated period, the Seller may proceed with the sale to the third party under the same terms. However, any material change to the terms of the sale shall require the Seller to reoffer the property to the Holder under the revised terms.
This right shall be binding on all successors, assigns, and heirs unless expressly waived in writing by the Holder.
